Course Outline
Duration
Approximately 8 hours.
Course Materials
All participants will receive a link to access the digital course materials. Attendees should have access to a private space, a TRX Suspension Trainer, and a stable wifi connection.
Pre-Requisites
- There are no prerequisites to take this TRX Professional Education Course.
- Continuing Education Credits (CECs) will only be applied to certified health & fitness professionals.
- All registrants must successfully complete the course in order to receive a Course Completion Qualification and Continuing Education credits.
- Any registrant missing 90 minutes (live)/160 minutes (virtual) or more will be ineligible to receive a Course Completion Qualification and Continuing Education credits. No refunds or credits, partial or whole, will be provided to any such registrant.
Certification
- Certificate of Completion (attendance, participation & passing grade required).
- 6-7 hours of Continuing Education Credits (CEC’s).
- We invite you to continue your journey to becoming TRX Yoga Level 1 Certified by completing the TRX Yoga Flow Course.
Continuing Education Credits
- 7-8 Credits Hours Available with ACE, AFAA, canfitpro, CIMSPA, ISSA, NASM, Yoga Alliance.
Upon completing This Course, You Will:
- Gain foundational TRX yoga skills. You'll master basic uses of the TRX Suspension Trainer in yoga poses, and learn to adjust the straps across postures.
- Learn advanced techniques. You'll learn to leverage the Suspension Trainer in advanced yoga poses and sequences.
- Level up your coaching. You'll develop the cueing skills you need to coach others in TRX Yoga.
