Do you ship nationwide within Malaysia and Thailand?
Yes, we ship across Peninsular and East Malaysia. We would typically offer free shipping for some lighter products within the KL (Malaysia) and Bangkok (Thailand) region. As shipping fees are not final, estimated shipping rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we accept international orders. For customers outside Malaysia, please contact our team (info@ecolifestyleasean.com) for shipping options, duties, and tax information before placing an order.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Electronic items may require additional testing or handling time.
Are shipping fees final?
Shipping fees are still being finalised. For now, estimates will be shown at checkout, or our team will contact you with the exact cost before the order is confirmed.

Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Some electronic items and hygiene-related products may not be eligible.
