1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Electronic items may require additional testing or verification, which may extend processing times slightly.
If there is any delay in processing your order, our team will notify you by email or phone.
2. Domestic Shipping (Malaysia/Thailand)
- Our Malaysian office currently ships nationwide within Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. Our Thai office currently ships nationwide within Thailand.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or confirmed by our team member before any orders are placed and shipped.
- Bulky or heavy items (e.g., fitness equipment, force plates, machines) may require special freight arrangements, which we will confirm with you after checkout.

3. International Shipping
We accept international orders to regions served by our group offices:
- Singapore
- Hong Kong
- Thailand
- China
- Other countries upon request
For customers outside Malaysia:
- Please contact us before placing an order so we can provide accurate freight charges, duties, and tax information.
- International shipping rates vary by product type (especially electronics and bulky items).
- You are responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, or handling charges imposed by your country.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may not be eligible for shipment to all locations due to:
- Local regulations
- Courier restrictions
- Battery or hazardous-material classifications
- Large or overweight packages requiring special handling
If any restrictions apply to your order, our team will inform you immediately.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear on the courier’s website.
6. Delivery Issues & Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to receive the package
- Customs refusal or non-payment of duties
We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving product.
- Include photos and videos of the damaged packaging and item.
- Our team will assist with replacement or warranty claims.
For lost or missing shipments, we will open an investigation with the courier. Resolution times may vary.
