206 bones, 140 joints, 650 muscles, around 20 kilograms of fascia – all with a common basic need: Movement! Humans are designed to move. Free exercises are especially valuable for training, as it provides higher degrees of freedom enhance the functionality of movement; however, it also imposes potential danger if the movement improperly executed exercises with incorrect loads. Milon X, intelligent cable pull stations, combine the safety of a guided equipment with the benefits of free training (at least 3 exercises can be performed on each station). It offers maximum simplicity through intuitive operation, maximum safety through visualized movement execution, and maximum effectiveness through innovative training methods.

Five is the pioneer of modern fascia and mobility training that liberates the body. With the motto "mobility comes before stability", the concept turns old ways of thinking upside down. Unlike passive stretching, all exercises on the five machines are geared towards active, opening muscle length training. Our five training thus lays the foundation for pain-free mobility and quality of life that lasts into old age.
