Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Eco Lifestyle Malaysia. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for products and digital items purchased through our store.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Physical products that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Items that arrive damaged or defective (proof has to be provided to us and damage/defect has to be inspected and confirmed by us)
  • Incorrect items shipped by mistake
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order (exact timeline can be finalized by your team).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital products and online courses
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Electronic items that have been unsealed or used
  • Software-activated equipment
  • Custom orders or special imports

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us.

2. Return Process

Email us at info@ecolifestyleasean.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos and videos (if damaged/defective)

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received, inspected and confirmed by us, refunds may be:

  • Credited back to your original payment method
  • Issued as store credit (if preferred)
  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days.

Exceptions:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Restocking fees may apply for large equipment or electronics

4. Exchanges

Exchanges may be permitted for:

  • Incorrect items
  • Size or variant adjustments (where applicable)
  • Exchanges follow the same approval process as returns.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Report it within 48 hours
  • Include photos and videos of the packaging and product
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on product type if confirmed
  • Some electronics may require manufacturer warranty checks.

6. Digital Products & Online Courses

Because digital content cannot be “returned,” all sales of:

  • Online courses
  • E-learning modules
  • Downloadable materials

are final and non-refundable, unless the product is inaccessible due to technical issues on our side.
