Course Outline
NOTE THIS COURSE HAS PRE REQUISITES: TRX Suspension Training Course (STC) + either the TRX Functional Training Course (FTC), and/or TRX Group Training Course (GTC)

Pre-Requisites
- TRX Suspension Training Course (STC) + either TRX Functional Training Course (FTC) and/or TRX Group Training Course (GTC).
- Continuing Education Credits (CECs) will only be applied to certified health & fitness professionals.
- All registrants must successfully complete the course in order to receive a Certificate of Attendance, an 80% of higher grade is required on the online post course exam to earn the TRX Credential and Continuing Education credits.
- Any registrant missing 90 minutes or more will be ineligible to receive a Course Completion Qualification and Continuing Education credits. No refunds or credits, partial or whole, will be provided to any such registrant.
Certification
- Certificate of TRX Qualification
- 14-16 hours of Continuing Education Credits (CEC’s).
- Upon Completion you will become a TRX Certified

Continuing Education Credits
- 14-16 Credit Hours Available with ACE, AFAA, canfitpro, CIMSPA, ISSA (eligible), NASM

- Encourage proper positioning and address common faults through cueing
- Deliver individualized training experiences within group contexts
- Address mobility/strength/motor control limitations quickly - for both large and small groups
- Demonstrate competence in TRX Movement-based Training programs
- Apply TRX training principles to other modalities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of each workout through our TRX Programming Lenses
- Create a blueprint to successfully deliver great group experiences to each and every client through an 18-day periodized group program format
