Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) Level 2
Description
Michael Boyle, a pioneer in functional training, developed the Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) training system in 2013. “The Art of Coaching” involves the ability to address situations as they arise in real time on the training floor. The CFSC equips coaches with the tools necessary to excel in this area, distinguishing itself from other certifications on the market. It is recognized as the most practical course available, emphasizing clear demonstrations and concise cueing.
Designed with the principle that “one program fits all,” it includes progressions and regressions for each movement pattern. This training system has been adopted by globally certified coaches who have successfully impacted over 15,000 individuals across more than 30 countries. In recent years, Hong Kong has held over ten certification courses, four of which were specifically provided for PURE, a large chain fitness center in Hong Kong.
