Eco Lifestyle Med Health proudly hosted its first-ever CFSC Certification Course in Kuala Lumpur, welcoming strength and conditioning coaches from Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
Led by renowned sports performance coach Dr Justin Lee, whose experience includes coaching national and Olympic athletes, the course delivered world-class education in functional strength and conditioning. The event culminated in the certification of 11 new CFSC coaches, helping raise the standard of coaching excellence across the region.
